Step 2 — Diagnose correctly. Your imaging and records are reviewed carefully when needed.
Step 3 — Start with smart conservative care. Targeted physical and other regenerative orthobiologic therapy, bracing, and injections will be recommended when appropriate.
Step 4 — Escalate when indicated. Minimally invasive options first when clinically appropriate; surgery is never the “default.”
